Karak Tea!
A flavorful, spiced tea originating from the Middle East and South Asia.
Simple Karak Tea Recipe:
Ingredients:
1. 2 teaspoons black hi tea
2. 1 teaspoon grated ginger
3. 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
4. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5. 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
6. 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
7. 2 cups water
Instructions:
1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Add tea leaves, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add milk and sugar.
5. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Strain and serve hot.
Variations:
1. Add a pinch of saffron for extra flavor.
2. Use almond or coconut milk for a non-dairy version.
3. Adjust spice quantities to your taste.
